Palumbo Drive Burglary and Shots Fired Arrest

One person has been arrested following a burglary and shots fired this morning on Palumbo Drive. 

On January 17, 2023, at 5:55 a.m., officers were dispatched to Valvoline in the 2800 block of Palumbo Drive for shots fired. Officers learned that Juan Ramos, 31, a former employee, was inadvertently let into the building and attempted to steal a TV. Once outside the building, Ramos fired several gunshots.

Ramos was later arrested and charged with Burglary 1st degree and Wanton Endangerment 1st degree. He is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
