O-74-2020 An Ordinance amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and appropriating and re-appropriating funds, FY 2021 Schedule No. 6. Whereas, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures: Now, therefore, be it ordained by The Council of The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government: Section 1-That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County  Government be and hereby are amended to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed: $236,028.18 from Municipal Aid Program Fund to various accounts. $478.94 from Mineral Severance Fund to various accounts.$10,000.00 from Coal Severance Fund to various accounts. Re-appropriations within the General Services District Fund; Donation Fund; Full Urban Services District Fund; Affordable Housing and Homelessness Fund; Water Quality Management Fund and the various Grant funds that do not result in changes to the Unappropriated Fund Balance of these funds. Section 2- That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “Budget Schedule No.6” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. O-75-2020 An Ordinance amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to provide funds for pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2020 into FY 2021, and appropriating and re-appropriating funds, Schedule No. 7. Whereas, it is necessary and proper to amend the budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to provide funds for pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2020 into FY 2021.Now, therefore, be it ordained by the council of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government:Section 1-That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to provide funds for pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2020 into FY 2021, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:$157,959.95 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the General Services District-General Fund to various accounts.$26,357.68 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund to various accounts. $2,866.66 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Enhanced 911 Fund to various accounts.Section 2-That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “Budget Schedule No.7”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.Section 3-That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.Passed August 27, 2020

Whereas, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for funds in the amount of $19,000 to provide funds for Council projects in the Div. of Parks and Recreation for the development of a dog park at Veterans Park: Now, therefore, be it ordained by the Council of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government:Section 1 -That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to reflect current requirements for funds in the amount of $19,000 to provide funds for Council projects in the Div. of Parks and Recreation for the development of a dog park at Veterans Park that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed: Re-appropriations within the General Fund-Capital Projects Fund which do not result in changes to the Unappropriated Fund Balance of these respective funds.Section 2-That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated are detailed in Schedule No.9 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.Section 3 -That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.Passed August 27, 2020

O-77-2020 Ordinance of the Council of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government authorizing and approving the execution of a 2020 Amendment to the Sixth Supplemental Lease Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board as the lessor and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government as the lessee in connection with the 2020 Amendments to the 2018 Amended Credit Facility, by and between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board and Trust Bank (formerly Branch Banking and Trust Company), which will be entered into to (1) expand the scope of purposes for which Credit Facility Advances thereunder may be made to include current expenses of the board and (2) add certain provisions regarding the determination of the interest rate applicable to Credit Facility Advances thereunder.
