The Commission will consider this and other agenda items:

1.     PLN-FRP-21-00006: GERALD C. & BARBARA JOHNSON PROPERTY – final record plat to record subdivision deed per KRS 100.292, dedicate right-of-way on Delong Road, and create an access and utility easement, located at 3534 & 3540 Delong Road.

2.     PLN-MJDP-20-00067: SPRING LAKE – final development plan to construct 378 apartment units and 35 townhouse units with associated parking and amenities at 2300 Sandersville Road.

3.   PLN-MJDP-21-00009: PLN-MJDP-21-00009: KINGSTON HALL, UNIT 1 & 2 – amended final development plan to revise street pattern and lots, located at 1068 & 1098 Aspiration Drive, 1150 Providence Place Parkway, and 2175 & 2301 Russell Cave Road.

4.   PLN-MJDP-21-00012: KINGSTON HALL, UNIT 1, LOT 8 & UNIT 2, LOT 26 (EAST BRIDGEFORD LAND & DEVELOPMENT CO.) (AMD) – final development plan and preliminary subdivision plan to construct industrial flex space and 360 townhouses, located at 1150 Providence Place Parkway, 2175 & 2301 Russell Cave Road (a portion of each parcel).

5.         SRA 2021-1: AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES 1 AND 6 TO REVISE STANDARDS FOR STREET PATTERNS & CONTINUITY – to update Articles 1 and 6 of the LFUCG Land Subdivision Regulations to revise standards for street patterns and continuity.

1.       PLN-MAR-21-00001: RTA FAMILY TRUST - a petition for a zone map amendment from a Neighborhood Residential (B-1) zone with conditional zoning restrictions to a High Density Apartment (R-4) zone, for 1.56 net (1.86 gross) acre, for properties located at 1009 & 1017 Wellington Way.

2.       PLN-MAR-21-00002: CAR REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC - a petition for a zone map amendment from a Highway Service Business (B-3) zone to a Wholesale and Warehouse Business (B-4) zone, for 3.97 net (4.11 gross) acres, for property located at 750 E New Circle Road.

3.       PLN-MAR-21-00003: WYNNDALE DEVELOPMENT, LLC - a petition for a zone map amendment from a Single Family Residential (R-1C) zone to a Planned Neighborhood Residential (R-3) zone, for 5.04 net and gross acres, from a Single Family Residential (R-1D) zone to a Planned Neighborhood Residential (R-3), for 0.18 net (0.38 gross) acre, and from a Townhouse Residential (R-1T) zone to a Planned Neighborhood Residential (R-3) for 0.64 net and gross acre, for property located at 1100 Armstrong Mill Road (a portion of).

4.       PLN-MAR-21-00004: COLLINS AND MILLER PROPERTIES, LLC - a petition for a zone map amendment from a Neighborhood Residential (B-1) zone to a Light Industrial (I-1) zone for 3.13 net (6.97 gross) acres, and from a Wholesale and Warehouse Business (B-4) zone to a Light Industrial (I-1) zone, for 1.69 net (1.83 gross) acre, for properties located at 804-808 and 805 Newtown Circle.  A dimensional variance has also been requested.

5.       PLN-ZOTA-21-00001: AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 12-3: ALLOW KENNELS IN THE B-6P ZONE - petition for a Zoning Ordinance text amendment to Article 12 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow kennels for the boarding and sale of dogs as a principal permitted use in the Commercial Center (B-6P) zone.
