The Commission will consider these and other agenda items:
1. PLN-MJDP-20-00067: SPRING LAKE – final development plan to construct 378 apartment units and 35 townhouse units with associated parking and amenities at 2300 Sandersville Road.
2. PLN-MJDP-20-00078: GESS PROPERTY, UNIT 8, PHASE 3 (AMD) – final development plan to construct 98 apartment units with associated parking at 4105 Sperling Drive.
3. PLN-MJDP-20-00080: HAYNES BROTHERS PROPERTIES, LLC – final development plan to construct 305 apartment units with associated parking and amenities at 840 Angliana Avenue.
4. PLN-MJDP-20-00081: HAMBURG EAST, TRACT 4, LOT 1 – final development plan and preliminary subdivision plan for 80 single-family lots on a portion of 2575 Polo Club Boulevard.
