The Golden Alert has been canceled. Cody Lenz was located and is safe.

The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing man. Cody Lenz, 23, was last seen around 4:27 p.m. leaving in the family vehicle; white Mazda CX9 (KY Plate: ADP361). Lenz was observed turning onto Hayes Boulevard toward Richmond Road.

Lenz has cognitive and developmental disorders. He also has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old. Lenz has known to be combative when aggravated.

Lenz is approximately 6’4” in height and 230 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. His clothing description is not known.

Anyone with knowledge of Lenz’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
