Case Overview: Around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 23 police responded to the 500 block of Skyview Lane in reference to shots fired. Upon arrival officers located the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim succumbed to his injury and has been identified by the Fayette County Coroner’s office as David Kelm, 46.
