Case Overview: On Friday, September 3, 2021 around 12:32 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Chestnut Street for a report of shots fired. When officers arrived they located the male victim outside the residence suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he had succumbed to his injuries. The Fayette County Coroner’s office has identified the victim as Tony Lyvers, 41, of Lexington
