Case Overview: On May 26, 2019 around 3:45 a.m. Friday, officers responded to the area of Goodloe and Race Streets in reference to shots being fired. Upon arrival, they discovered a man and woman inside a vehicle, deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. The Fayette County Coroner’s Office has identified the victims as 44-year-old Shannon Goodwin and 28-year-old Heather Grigsby.
