Case Overview: On June 09, 2016 at 2:49a.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of E. Maxwell Street reference shots fired and a person down in the street. They located Douglas Jordan suffering from a gunshot wound. A witness advised three subjects approached from behind and shot the victim before fleeing the area. Mr. Jordan was transported to a local hospital. On June 10 he succumbed to his injuries.
