Waller Avenue Shots Fired Investigation Arrest

One person has been charged in connection with a shots-fired incident that occurred on Waller Avenue overnight.

On June 30, 2024, around 12:37 a.m., officers were dispatched for shots fired in the 200 block of Waller Avenue. Officers located shell casings in the roadway and learned that an individual in a car was shooting at another vehicle. Utilizing the Real-Time Intelligence Center, license plate readers, and FUSUS, officers were able to identify the vehicles involved and locate the suspect vehicle.

Kaden Brothers, 21, was arrested and is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center on the below charges.

  • Three counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree
  • Criminal Mischief 1st Degree
  • Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree
  • Possession of Marijuana
