Milling and paving work on Richmond Road starts Wednesday

Temporary lane closures of Richmond Road/East Main Street between Holiday Road/Chinoe Road and Midland Avenue/US 60 will be in effect Wednesday, August 9, through Friday, August 11, to allow for milling and paving work.

Alternating lane closures on Richmond Road

Alternating lane closures will be in effect for a portion of Richmond Road/East Main Street today and Tuesday, August 8. The temporary closures, between Holiday Road/Chinoe Road and Midland Avenue/US 60 are necessary for preliminary work to take place in preparation of roadway resurfacing.

City to decommission two traffic signals on North Upper

The city’s Division of Traffic Engineering will begin decommissioning the traffic signal at North Upper and West Fifth and the signal at North Upper and West Sixth about 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 2, weather permitting.
