Land Disturbance Permit payments can be done by credit card online. Checks and money orders can be mailed to the address below. Checks, money orders, and cash payments can be deposited at the LexServ drop box in front of 200 East Main St. Payments deposited in the LexServ dropbox need to include the purpose of the payment and applicant contact information. No permits will be issued until payment has been received.

Paint markings on the street could be local utility companies marking their service lines. Below are the standard paint colors used by each utility.
Crews will begin milling and repaving work on Versailles Road between Parkers Mill and Oxford Circle (west intersection) starting at 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 12. The work, which will take place between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., is expected to take six nights.
Construction work on South Forbes Road will move to the south side of Manchester Street beginning on Monday, August 30.
Milling and paving work on South Limestone between Upper Street at Scott Street and Virginia Avenue, will begin Friday evening, July 23, and extend through Friday morning, July 30.
