Kentucky American Water’s H20 – Help to Others Program

Community & Resident Services has partnered with the Dollar Energy Fund, Inc and we are now a site agency for the H2O – Help Others Programs.

The H20 – Help to Others Program, which is administered by Dollar Energy Fund, assists eligible utility customers with their Kentucky American Water bills. Customers may be eligible to receive a grant that’s applied directly to their utility bill.

Call Community & Resident Services at (859) 300-5300 to schedule an appointment.
