The Urban County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 14, 2019, 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Government Center, 200 E. Main St., Lexington, to hear public comments about this and other agenda items.

1. PLN-MJDP-19-00064: Thomas Communications, Inc., (Walnut Grove) (Amd) – an amendment to revise the pedestrian system at 3806, 3917 and 3948 Real Quiet Lane.

2. PLN-MJDP-19-00066: Masterson Station Center (Citation Village) (Amd) – an amendment to revise a 48-unit townhouse development at 248 Ferndale Pass and 2679 Leestown Road.

3. PLN-CELL-19-00001: AT&T Jacobson Park (Wireless Communications Facility) – an application for a 195-foot cellular tower with a 4-foot lightning arrestor located at 4601 Athens Boonesboro Road.

4. SRA 2019-2: Amendment to Articles 1 & 6: Stub Streets – to update Article 1 and Article 6 of the LFUCG Subdivision Regulations regarding the definition of a “stub street sign” and the location and responsibility for such signs.

The Urban County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2019, 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 2nd floor, Government Center Building, 200 E. Main St., Lexington, to hear public comments about these and other agenda items.

1. PLN-MAR-19-00013: APTITUDE DEVELOPMENT – a petition for a zone map amendment from a High Density Apartment (R-4) zone to a Downtown Frame Business (B-2A) zone, for 1.810 net (2.274 gross) acres, for properties located at 201, 207, 209, 211, 215, 221, 225, 227, & 231 E. Maxwell Street, and 245, 247, & 251 Stone Avenue.

2. PLN-MAR-19-00014: F2 COMPANIES – a petition for a zone map amendment from a Wholesale and Warehouse Business (B-4) zone to a High Rise Apartment (R-5) zone, for 5.6 net (5.951 gross) acres, for property located at 840 Angliana Avenue. A dimensional variance has also requested.

3. BOAR 2019-3: 359 South Mill Street – An appeal to the Planning Commission of the Board of Architectural Review (BOAR) decision to disapprove the Certificate of Appropriateness with respect to altering the utility strip along the frontage of the property located at 359 South Mill Street, in the South Hill Historic District.
