The Urban County Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 9, 2019, 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Government Center, 200 E. Main St., Lexington, to hear public comments about these and other agenda items.

1. PLN-FRP-19-00005: CROSSROADS CHRISTIAN CHURCH (AMD) – an amended final record plat to subdivide a 32.40 acre lot into two lots (Lot 1 22.97 acres and Lot 2 9.43 acres) located at 4128 Todds Road.

1. PLN-MAR-19-00003: BALL HOMES, INC. - petition for a zone map amendment from a Community Center (CC) zone to an Expansion Area Residential-2 (EAR-2) zone, for 21.69 net (22.97 gross) acres, and to an Expansion Area Residential-3 (EAR-3) zone, for 5.9 net and gross acres, for property located at 6600 Man O’ War Blvd.

2. PLN-MAR-19-00007: EASLEY & FAUST PROPERTIES, LLC - a petition for a zone map amendment from a Single Family Residential (R-1B) zone to a Planned Neighborhood Residential (R-3) zone, for 12.55 net (13.83 gross) acres, for property located at 1500-1561 Winner Circle and 3298-3300 Versailles Road.

3. ZOTA 2019-1: AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 18 AND ARTICLE 26, AND THE PLANTING MANUAL TO REFLECT CREDIT GIVEN FOR COLUMNAR VARIETY TREES - petition for a Zoning Ordinance text amendment to update Articles 18 and 26 of the LFUCG Zoning Ordinance and Planting Manual to designate all columnar tree varieties as small trees and reduce the canopy credit to 100 square feet.

4. ZOTA 2019-2: ALTERNATIVE REGULATION FOR ZONING MAP AMENDMENT (KRS 100.2111) – petition for a Zoning Ordinance text amendment to update Article 6 to create an alternative zone change process.
