LFUCG offers four different medical plan options to employees:
- Traditional PPO 1
- Traditional PPO 2
- Health Savings Account (HSA) 1
- Health Savings Account (HSA) 2
With Traditional PPO plans, the employee will contribute more per paycheck to insurance but will have a lower deductible and lower maximum out-of-pocket expenses.
With HSA plans, the employee will contribute less per paycheck to insurance but will have a higher deductible and higher maximum out-of-pocket expenses.
