The Dept. of Housing Advocacy and Community Development develops and implements strategies to build strong and equitable neighborhoods, provides needed guidance and ensures sustainable growth and development to improve the quality of life for Lexington residents.
This department uses federal, state and local funding to provide a variety of public services to the community. These divisions are:

Lexington’s Housing Stabilization Program will offer additional housing stability services as the pandemic and the unprecedented emergency federal funding for housing end.
