Grants and Special Programs plans and manages all Urban County Government grants and works with the public and private sectors in preparing grant applications for submission to state and federal agencies.

The city is providing violence prevention grants to 16 public schools in Fayette County.
The City’s ONE Lexington program, in partnership with Community Action Council, has opened the application phase for the Gun Violence Prevention Grant program.
