These facilities are good for small concerts, festivals, community events and wedding ceremonies.

Fifth Third Bank Pavilion at Cheapside Park

This open-air glass pavilion covers approximately 5,700 square feet and sits on granite pavers in the heart of downtown Lexington. 

Located next to the historic Lexington Courthouse, this outdoor setting makes a perfect location for large community gatherings and corporate events.

Rental fees are $700 (plus tax) for a four hour block (minimum) with $150 per each additional hour (plus tax). A $200 security deposit is required. Additional labor rates may apply.

Renter must fill out an application with the Special Events Commission in the Mayor's Office a minimum of 12-weeks prior to the event. Lexington Parks & Recreation must also approve.

Gratz Park

Located in downtown Lexington, next to Transylvania University, this park is an ideal wedding ceremony location.

Rental fee is $100 (plus tax) for a four hour window between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Park capacity for weddings is 150 people. 

Reservation of Gratz Park begins on the first business day starting July 1, for the following year.

Please note there are no rentals on Mother's Day weekend or between July 1 5.

Moondance Amphitheater

The Moondance at Midnight Pass Amphitheater is in the heart of Beaumont Centre. It offers an opportunity for all ages to enjoy live music, films and community events.

Patrons can spread blankets or set up their lawn chairs before the event to enjoy a picnic dinner with family and friends on the amphitheater's expanse of lawn.

Rental fees vary depending on day and time of rental.

Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center

The Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center offers premiere performance, exhibition and special event spaces to a range of arts and civic organizations and numerous artists from throughout the community.
