Fifth Third Bank Pavilion at Henry A. Tandy Centennial Park
This open-air glass pavilion covers approximately 5,700 square feet and sits on granite pavers in the heart of downtown Lexington.
Located next to the historic Lexington Courthouse, this outdoor setting makes a perfect location for large community gatherings and corporate events.
Rental fees vary depending on the rental day and time.
Monday – Thursday 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
$50* per hour
Monday – Thursday 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Friday – Sunday 7 a.m. – 12 a.m.
$700* for the first 4 hours and $150 per hour for each additional hour.
*Rates include a Parks maintenance attendant but not a Parks electrician.
Renter must fill out an application with the Special Events Commission in the Mayor's Office a minimum of 12-weeks prior to the event. Lexington Parks & Recreation must also approve.
Located in downtown Lexington, next to Transylvania University, this park is an ideal wedding ceremony location.
Rental fee is $100 for a four hour window between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Park capacity for weddings is 150 people.
Reservation of Gratz Park begins on the first business day starting July 1, for the following year.
Please note there are no rentals on Mother's Day weekend or between July 1 – 5.
The Moondance at Midnight Pass Amphitheater is in the heart of Beaumont Centre. It offers an opportunity for all ages to enjoy live music, films and community events.
Patrons can spread blankets or set up their lawn chairs before the event to enjoy a picnic dinner with family and friends on the amphitheater's expanse of lawn.
