Mt. Tabor to be closed at Patchen Drive

Mt. Tabor Drive will be closed for construction between Gribbin Drive and Patchen Drive beginning on Thursday, May 4. The closure will last approximately two months. This project will add bike lanes and sidewalks to improve safety along Mt. Tabor Road.

Vehicles traveling north on Mt. Tabor Drive will need to detour to Richmond Road using Locust Hill Drive or Patchen Drive. Gribbin Drive will be closed to all traffic at the intersection of Mt. Tabor Road. Traffic on Gribbin Drive may enter and exit at the intersection of Gribbin Drive and Patchen Drive.

Lextran stops in the area will be impacted for Route 11 – Richmond Rd Outbound and Route 51 – Night – Woodhill Dr Inbound. For more information, visit lextran.com or call Lextran Customer Service at (859) 253-4636.

After this section of Mt. Tabor is reopened, Mt. Tabor Road will be closed from Gribbin Drive to the Richmond Service Road for approximately three months. Access will be maintained to local businesses throughout construction.
