Meeting the needs of Lexington residents

"Lexington’s government has one and only one focus – meeting the needs of 325,000 people," said Mayor Linda Gorton.

For the first time in two years, Mayor Gorton delivered the annual State of the City and County address in person. The speech was hosted by the Lexington Forum at the newly renovated Central Bank Convention Center.
