LEXthrive

Please be advised that the contract with ChipRewards, Inc., the company that manages our LexThrive program, will expire in late November and will not be renewed. The program was initially created primarily to help incentivize employees and dependents to utilize the Samuel Brown Health Center/City Employee Pharmacy and to promote healthy lifestyles at the time when major benefit reforms took place in 2012. LexThrive has served its purpose well and as time passed, the administration cost to continue the program outweigh its current relevance as there is a very low participation rate.   

What does this mean for employees who are using LexThrive?
There will be a run out period that begins immediately and runs through October 31, 2019. During this run out period, participants who currently have an activated account will be allowed to continue to earn and redeem points through October 31. However, no new activations will be allowed.

Thank you for participating in the LexThrive program. Employees are encouraged to continue to use the services of both the Samuel Brown Health Center and City Employee Pharmacy as a means to maintain a healthy lifestyle as well as to control cost.
