The Grassroots Allocations Program raises and allocates local funds to grassroots programs that provide opportunities for young people. From 1995 through 2023, PFY has donated over $2,000,000 to 499 different youth programs. Programs served include academic tutoring, recreation, diversity programs, art programs, and much, much more!
This program allocates awards ranging from $750 – $3,000 to small, hands-on, grassroots programs that provide positive opportunities for at-risk, under-served youth.
Applications for the 2024 Grassroots Grant Allocations Program open Dec. 1, 2023.
The application deadline is Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, at 5 p.m.
