The Coldstream campus (“Coldstream”) is home to the 200-acre Legacy Business Park as well as the 50-acre business development site, both located at the junction of I-75 and I-64. Coldstream is located just one hour from downtown Louisville and Cincinnati, and 75 minutes from the UPS worldwide hub.
Legacy Business Park is located in a use-restricted I-1 zone, and the 50-acre business development site is located in a P-2 zone. Approved uses include research and development, advanced manufacturing and office. For more information, please review the Zoning Ordinance.
Companies interested the 50-acre business development site must have a connection to the University of Kentucky (workforce, existing or proposed university partnership, etc.), and must adhere to the Coldstream Research Campus Design Guidelines and implementation schedule.
