The Administrative Hearing Board provides a citizens appeal process from civil penalties. The board holds administrative hearings and renders decisions on appeals from civil penalties issued by the Division of Code Enforcement.
Meeting schedule and location
Meetings are scheduled as needed and held in the 5th floor conference room of the Phoenix Building, 101 E. Vine St.
