Case management for parents
The Family Care Center provides an intensive case management program for families with young children.
Early childhood/child care
Full day, quality childcare to children six weeks to four years of age is offered.
In-home HANDS services for new and expecting parents
This HANDS home visitation program is for parents who are expecting or have recently had a baby. It teaches new and expecting parents about health, pregnancy, home safety, bonding and infant development.
High school parent education
This high school education program helps young parents learn parenting and life skills while completing requirements for a high school diploma.
Pediatric health care
The Family Care Center is home to a University of Kentucky primary care clinic that serves pediatric patients.

Many of the families who receive our services could use additional support to start their family on the right foot.
Family Care Center needs and welcomes volunteers, ages 18 and up. Many opportunities are available to individuals and groups regardless of skill level.
