Fiber Optics: Many Visions of Fiber Arts 

Jan. 12 – March 2, 2024

The exhibition Fiber Optics: Many Visions of Fiber Arts reflects the diversity of work that Guild members produce with examples of Fiber Guild members' work in quilting, weaving, fabric collage, rug hooking, and felting. Some items have recognizable subject matter, while other works are exploratory. You'll find traditional techniques as well as the work for those pushing the boundaries. 

The Fiber Guild of Lexington, incorporated in 1980 as a group of textile enthusiasts un 1980 as a group of textile enthusiasts who work with multiple techniques. Some of the members are professionals who teach, sell, and exhibit their work around the world. Others pursue different fiber arts for their personal enjoyment. The Guild sponsors workshops and organizes exhibitions.

Fayette County Public Schools Winter Showcase

Jan. 5 –  March 2, 2024

The first annual Fayette County Public Schools Winter Showcase features a wide range of student artwork from Rise STEM Academy for Girls, Jessie Clark Middle School, and Bryan Station Arts.
