The Council Clerk’s Office is the official record-keeping office for LFUCG.

The Clerk's Office maintains the following:

  • Legislation and Contracts
  • Council Meeting Dockets & Minutes
  • Public meeting notices
  • Oaths of Office
  • Records of the Ethics Commission & City Employees Pension Fund Board

You may request an open record by using the LFUCG Open Records Request form.  Open Records request are only accepted via USPS mail, in-person or fax (859) 258-3393.  Open Record Requests sent via email are not accepted.  

The Council Clerk's Office also maintains the LFUCG Code of Ordinances and the Zoning Ordinance. If you need assistance finding an Ordinance, please contact our office.
