Synopsis: On the given date/time an unknown suspect entered a barber shop attempting to sell earbuds. When the complainant declined to make a purchase the suspect took $45.00 in cash that was lying on the counter and fled the scene. The complainant gave chase but ultimately the suspect evaded apprehension.
