Nominations are now being sought for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Environmental Commission’s annual awards.

Online registration for Kiddie Kapers currently open

The Kiddie Kapers & Company Dance program offers dance instruction to youth ages 2 – 18. Classes cover a mixture of traditional forms of dance including tap, jazz and ballet. Registration is currently taking place.

Police Department finalizes body-worn camera policy, will begin using equipment next month

The first shipment of Taser Axon body-worn cameras was delivered to the Lexington Police Department this week, and officers will start using them in mid-August.

July 27, 2016 - Two individuals are under arrest in connection with multiple robberies in Lexington. Investigators with the Lexington Police Department today charged Kelly E. Cox and Shaun L. Taylor.
