Hollow Creek homicide investigation

Damarkus HillUPDATE - Darmarkus "Spice" Hill was apprehended November 26 and served an arrest warrant for Murder. 


Released November 15 - Lexington Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred Thursday on Hollow Creek Road. Damarkus “Spice” Hill, 31, has an active warrant for Murder.

Police were dispatched around 4:45 p.m. Thursday, November 14, for a reported shooting. The investigation revealed that the shooting occurred in the 400-block of Hollow Creek Road when Hill approached a car and fired multiple shots, striking a 22-year-old male passenger in the car. Hill then fled on foot. The driver of the car was not injured and drove to a home on Radcliffe Road.

The victim was transported to the hospital and later pronounced deceased. He has been identified by the Fayette County Coroner's office as 22-year-old Darius Bolden.
