The Lexington Police Department continues to search for a man wanted in connection with a double homicide from October 2019. Investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating 18-year-old Kenneth Jacoby Jackson.
Jackson has active warrants for Murder (2 counts), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Assault 1st, and Wanton Endangerment 1st. He is accused of killing two men on October 19 during a shooting on Winchester Road. Two other suspects in the case, John Boulder and De’Shaun Armor, were charged in January.
Anyone with knowledge of Jackson’s whereabouts is asked to contact Lexington Police or submit an anonymous tip through Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
January 28, 2020 update
Two people have been charged in connection with a double homicide that occurred in 2019. The Lexington Police Department today served warrants on John Boulder and De’Shaun Armor, both age 20, for the October 19 shooting deaths of Dwayne Slaughter and Darrian Webb.
Boulder is charged with Facilitation to Murder, Facilitation to Wanton Endangerment 1st, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Armor is charged with Murder (2 counts), Assault 1st, Wanton Endangerment 1st, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Both suspects were already incarcerated in the Fayette County Detention Center on unrelated charges when these warrants were served. (Boulder is also a suspect in the 2019 Osage Court homicide.)
This investigation is ongoing. Additional arrests are likely.
Previously released October 19 -- The Lexington Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Saturday afternoon. Three people were shot in the incident; two of the victims have died from their injuries.
Around 4:15 p.m. Saturday, October 19, officers were dispatched to the area of Winchester Road and Seventh Street. Callers reported seeing a light-colored SUV firing shots at a passenger car. The three occupants of the car, all 18-year-old males, were struck and transported to the hospital for their injuries.
The names of the deceased will be released by the Fayette County Coroner’s Office.
