Part of Delong Road to be one lane for construction

Part of Delong Road will be limited to one lane of traffic from Monday, Sept. 16 to Friday, Oct. 4. Between Jasmine Rose Way and Chas Drive, the road will alternate one way at a time.

Instead of flaggers, traffic will be managed by signs with traffic lights. The light will be red when drivers should stop and will show an arrow when it’s safe to proceed. This will allow traffic to flow in both directions. Drive slowly through the one-lane area and watch for pedestrians and other traffic.

This closure will allow reconstruction of the shoulders at the bend in the road near Lemon Rue Way.
