Two men have been charged in connection with a robbery that occurred today on Arbor Station Way. Investigators with the Lexington Police Department charged Daquis Sharp, 19, and Stephan Fisher, 20, with Robbery 1st degree, Fleeing and Evading 2nd degree, Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, and Trafficking marijuana.
At approximately 3:25 pm officers were dispatched to a robbery at a residence on Arbor Station Way. The victim stated three male subjects knocked on his door and after he answered, forced their way inside while brandishing firearms. After taking items from the victim’s residence, the subjects fled the area in a passenger vehicle. There is no indication at this time that the suspect and victims knew each other, however the investigation is still ongoing.
The suspect vehicle was located a short time later after it had been involved in a collision at Old Todds Road and Woodhill Drive. Sharp and Fischer were located fleeing from the scene and arrested. Officers searched the area for the third suspect but were not able to locate him.
Sharp and Fischer are both housed in the Fayette County Detention Center. The robbery investigation is ongoing as investigators work to identify and locate the third suspect in the case.
