Need a way to unwind after a long work week? This open-air concert series will feature a wide variety of music, with a different band playing each week, and is the perfect place to chill and listen to some great music. Bring your own food and drinks or purchase something from one of the local food trucks on-site. Don't forget to bring a chair or blanket for seating.

Southland Aquatic Center
First day of Castlewood, Southland, Tates Creek and Woodland pools being open for the summer. Southland will have games, giveaways and other family fun activities. Admission to the Southland Aquatic Center is (of course) free.

Cool weekly bluegrass music concert series to help get rid of your “case of the Mondays.” Bring a chair or blanket, pack a picnic or enjoy food and beverages from local vendors. Stay up-to-date on vendors and the band schedule on Facebook.
June 3, 10, 17 and 24 – activities begin at 7 p.m., movie begins at dark
Starting June 3 with the Oscar-winning “Inside Out,” you can catch a new animated movie each Friday night in June. You can also keep the kidos busy with plenty of activities before the movie starts.

Lexington's longest running, annual concert series is Big Band & Jazz. Bring a blanket or chair, pack a picnic and jam out to some great music each Tuesday night throughout the summer.
