A Scott County man has died from injuries he sustained in a shooting that happened earlier this month in Lexington.
Around 11:45 p.m. Sunday, April 5, Lexington Police responded to Rand Avenue and Engman Avenue, where a man was found suffering a gunshot wound. He was identified as 54-year-old Richard B. Williams of Stamping Ground.
Williams passed away April 14 in Scott County. Scott County Coroner John Goble assisted with the investigation.
