The Lexington Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on Nancy Hanks Road. The 15 year-old victim, Antwan Roberts, has been identified by the Fayette County Coroner’s Office.
Around 11:30 p.m. Monday, February 10, officers were dispatched the 1300 block of Nancy Hanks Road for reports of shots fired. Upon arrival officers located the juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
Anyone with information about the victims or what may have happened to them is asked to contact police.
