Construction Business Connection Event to be held Feb. 8

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 2, 2017) – The Division of Central Purchasing is hosting a Construction Business Connection Event on Wednesday, Feb. 8  as an opportunity for construction companies to get a sneak peek of upcoming LFUCG projects.  The event is free, but pre-registration is required by visiting

This event, for construction trades only, will be held from 3 – 5:30 p.m. in the third-floor conference room of the Phoenix Building, 101 E. Vine Street, Lexington. 

Attendees will have the chance to preview projects from divisions including Water Quality, Waste Management, General Services, Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Parks and Recreation, and Grants and Special Projects. Project managers from each division will be in attendance giving information on upcoming projects as well as answering questions.
