Pay your bill

There are several ways to pay your LEXserv bill.

Customers already enrolled in ACH automatic debit prior to May 15, 2017, do not need to re-enroll in AutoPay. Your information has been transferred to your new account.

Go paperless by logging into your account and selecting the following options:  Manage My Profile, Communication Preferences, check “email.”

You can pay several ways online by registering with the LEXserv Customer Portal. Customers can:

Call (859) 280-8047 or 1 (888) 987-8111 to pay with credit card, debit card or echeck for a small processing fee.

You can pay with check or money order. 

Drop off at payment box

Drop off your payment and bill stub in the LEXserv payment box outside the Government Center at 200 E. Main St. You can pay with check or money order.

Pay at LEXserv office

Bring your payment and a copy of your bill to Revenue Division, 218 E. Main Street. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

You can pay with cash, check, money order, credit or debit card. 

Water service disconnected?

If your LEXserv account is about to be disconnected or your water has been shut off due to a delinquent LEXserv account, you can pay by phone, online or in person at the Government Center at 218 E. Main Street.

Payment in full is required to restore water service or to avoid possible service disruption.
