Streets & Roads is responsible for resurfacing and repairing city-maintained neighborhood streets. This does not include state, private and/or roads under development.
To report a pothole on a city-maintained street:
- Call LexCall at 311 or (859) 425-2255 or online.
They are available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
To report a pothole on a state maintained road:
- Call the County Maintenance Garage at (859) 246-2059 or the
- Department of Highways, District Seven at (859) 246-2355.
The city strives to repair a pothole within two working days once it has been reported to LexCall.
