The city operates several community centers located throughout Lexington. Activities offered vary at each center but most include programming for youth as well as adults.

Black & Williams Neighborhood Center offers the Eldercrafters program for Fayette County residents 60 years of age and older.
The center also houses Community & Resident Services, the Parent and Guardians Empowered (PAGE) and the United Way of the Bluegrass Waypoint Center.
