The Urban County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 8, 2019, 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Government Center, 200 E. Main St., Lexington, to hear public comments about these and other agenda items.

1. PLN-MJDP-19-00041: Avondale Subdivision, Blk B, Lots 1, 2, 44 & 45 (North Lexington Holdings) - a group residential project to add 10 units at 912, 914, 916 and 918 N. Limestone.

2. PLN-MAR-19-00011: 6K and Under Auto Sales, LLC - a petition for a zone map amendment to modify the conditional zoning restrictions in the Highway Service Business (B-3) zone, for 0.85 net (1.14 gross) acres, for property located at 1709 N. Broadway.

3. BOAR 2019-2: Virginia Brown - an appeal to the Planning Commission for a Certificate of Appropriateness disapproved by the Board of Architectural Review at 342-344 Desha Road.

(AMD) – an amended petition for a zone map amendment from a Community Center (CC) zone to an Expansion Area Residential (EAR-2) zone, for 16.53 net (17.14 gross) acres, and to an Expansion Area Residential (EAR-3) zone, for 8.09 net and gross acres, for property located at 6600 Man O’ War Blvd.

2. PLN-MAR-19-00010: BALL HOMES, INC - a petition for a zone map amendment from an Agricultural Rural (A-R) zone to an Expansion Area Residential (EAR-1) zone, for 19.84 net (21.22 gross) acres and an Expansion Area Residential (EAR-2), for 18.42 net (19.27 gross) acres, for property located at 2575 Polo Club Blvd (a portion of).

4. ZOTA 2019-4: AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 8: B-2 ZONES FOR TOWN BRANCH COMMONS – a petition for a Zoning Ordinance text amendment to update Article 8 to require compliance with the Town Branch Commons Masterplan and Design Standards in the downtown business zones.

5. SRA 2019-1: UPDATE ARTICLE 6 FOR SIDEWALKS AND SHARE-USE PATHS – a petition for a Subdivision Regulation Amendment to Article 6 to update the requirements for sidewalks and shared-use paths.
