The Black & Williams Neighborhood Center Board helps coordinate the activities of the Center with the Director of Community & Resident Services under the supervision of the Commissioner of Housing Advocacy & Community Development.

The purpose and duties of the Board are to identify the needs for services for the neighborhood, make recommendations to the Commissioner of Housing Advocacy & Community Development, review and approve activities at the center.
