The Junior Naturalist programs are designed for elementary-aged visitors (K – 5th grade) who want to explore the park and get a chance to complete an art project, all in the same tour.
This month's topic is "nature senses." Just like us, animals depend on their senses to survive in nature but many of those animal’s senses are extraordinary. Learn about how different animals use their senses and you’ll have to depend on your own senses as we do a special trial hike through the park.
This program is free but pre-registration is requested.
