Winter is an excellent time for observing tracks left behind by many of the creatures that call Central Kentucky home. Wet grounds capture the tracks and trails of turkeys, deer, rabbits and other wildlife. Learn ways to identify these animal tracks and the animals that leave their mark at McConnell Springs. This program includes a theme related craft and is designed for youth K – 5th grade. Once you've learned how to identify animal tracks, plan to explore all of our natural areas. Call the park at 225–4073 to register.
