Weight Loss Challenge Kick-Off

Individuals 14 years and older are invited to participate in our weight loss challenge! Let 2022 be the year you change your body, mind and spirit. It’s time for a change!

Participants will learn about BMI, how to maintain a healthy weight and how to get toned. Burn calories by taking part in fun classes such as yoga, zumba, kettle bells, stixs and aerobics. Other activities include tips on meal planning, eating healthy, nutrition and more!

The weight loss challenge starts with a mandatory weigh-in on March 22 and lasts until May 24. Our partners will be providing special incentives for participation. Our partners include the Parks and Recreation, the Lexington Health Department, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of KY, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Beta Gamma Omega Chapter and other community partners.
