Emergency solutions grant

Service Objective: To assist individuals facing homelessness who have been identified as Chronically Homeless by HUD’s definition and have been referred by the LFUCG Office of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention. 

How to make an appointment?

ATS will contact the client to schedule an interview/appointment after the referral is received from the Office of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention.

What documents should I bring to my interview/appointment?

  • Driver’s License or Picture ID
  • Social Security Card
  • Proof of income.
