Since the 1980s, LFUCG has been committed to encouraging the enhancement and beautification of the city's primary traffic corridors. Several ordinances have been enacted and amended over time as part of that effort. These ordinances contain special requirements above and beyond typical zoning, plat, or development plan restrictions applicable to the affected properties.
