OVERVIEW
The Building a Great City reports reflect a collaborative effort of those teams to identify suggestions for expanding economic opportunity and improve the quality of life in our community. These recommendations include both ideas that can be implemented over the short term and ideas that have a higher degree of difficulty.
The Building a Better Government reports set forth the conclusions of the work teams following a process that included written responses to questionnaires sent to Division Directors and interviews with those Directors, Commissioners and others. The reports provide both a snapshot of the issues facing LFUCG as well as recommendations for improvements in government function and efficiency.
