Cheapside Park

Cheapside Park is located adjacent to the beautiful Lexington History Museum on the Main Street block between Upper Street and Mill Street. The park has undergone extensive renovations that include a permanent event facility, 5/3 Pavilion.  Event coordinators are encouraged, but not required to, use local establishments as suppliers if the event is serving alcohol.

The 5/3 Pavilion at Cheapside Park may be rented for your special event. Rental requires a $200 refundable deposit. Rental fees are $175 per hour with a four hour minimum rental. Included with the rental fee is: cleaning of the park prior to your event; on-site maintenance during your event; cleaning of the park area and pavilion following your event; and 200 amps of 110 volt electricity. If additional electric is needed, an on-site electrician will be required. Service of an electrician is $40 per hour.
