The Lexington Housing Market Study conducted by RCLCO, Urban Collage and EHI Consultants is based on extensive market research, data analysis, local, national and regional trends and consumer preference surveys.
The study was commissioned by the city through the Division of Planning. A 17-member steering committee, including representatives of land development, agricultural preservation, neighborhoods, and government, assisted the study consultants. The year-long study began in the summer of 2008.
The study provides a wealth of housing data and information that can be used by a wide range of individuals and agencies involved in housing issues in Lexington, including growth and preservation interests and providers of affordable housing.
