If you haven’t been a part of it before, come and join in the fun. Online registration begins on May 29, and will continue through June 26. All other registration begins on June 3. Entry forms are available at the Race Headquarters, the Lexington Herald-Leader and the Downtown Lexington Corporation. The Race Headquarters are located at the Dunbar Community Center. Office hours are 10 am–5 pm, June 3 – 7 and 11 am–6 pm, June 10 – July 1. The office is not open on weekends.
The Bluegrass 10,000 is brought to you by Lexington Parks and Recreation, the Lexington-Herald Leader and the Downtown Lexington Corporation.
Once again, the ChronoTrack timing system will be used to score the 10K. ChronoTrack utilizes an RFID disposable tag (chip). The disposable timing tag comes attached to the bib. Before the race, runners must attach the tag to their shoes as per the instructions. The tag is not collected after the runner finishes.
